Returns:

I want you to love what you ordered. However, if you are not happy with my product; it can be returned.  You will be refunded, minus the shipping and handling charges.  

Important:

Personalized items can not be refunded.  Therefore, please make sure you double check your spelling before submitting.  If you do notice a error please contact via email: [email protected] or shop contact page as soon as possible.

Shipping:

Pre-Orders on mugs take 7 days to process and will be shipped upon arrival.

All other items will be shipped in one to three business days.
